Heckler Brewing Co. is looking to grow our bartending staff to provide the highest quality craft beer and taproom experience to all who walk through our doors.

Ideal candidates are:

• Self-starters with a strong desire to expand their knowledge and appreciation for quality craft beer, the brewing process, and be able to share it with patrons. 

• Craft beer enthusiasts 

• Experienced in the service industry and have a working understanding of the craft beer industry and craft beer styles

• Able to follow complex instructions and able to demonstrate sound, independent judgement

 

Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Physically able to stand for long periods of time, bend over, twist, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, work in confined spaces and/or a non-temperature-controlled climate, handle hot and cold liquids, prepare and handle various hazardous chemicals in a safe and professional manner

• Candidates must be able to see, hear, and speak fluent English with guests and other team members

• Able to lift 55 pounds from the ground to shoulder height, and maneuver 170 pounds at ground level

• Have no history of alcohol-service violations and a clean criminal record
